Development of Care Plan: Create a personalized care plan based on the assessment.
Approval and Agreement: Review and approve the care plan with the participant and their representative. Sign a service agreement including details about hourly rates for support, cancellation policy, and all other terms and conditions.
Assigning Staff: Allocate dedicated right-fit support workers, registered nurses, and other support staff.
Staff Orientation: Provide a brief orientation for staff.
Training: Offer staff training as per requirements.
Scheduling: Coordinate the schedule for nursing and support services.
